Great app! You have a lot of choices in exercises and can make customized programs to fit your needs!
If you are a no nonsense and get it done type of workout buddy this is a good app. Ive got scoliosis and the exercises in here are core strengthening, balance training, and positive stretching to keep curvature of the spine in a strong posture working against gravity. Yay!
Simple to use. Easy to adjust difficulty depending on each users fitness level. Wish there was audio so I wouldnt have to keep straining to see the screen is my only critical feedback. Definitely worth using if you want to get a workout from your exercise ball and arent sure where to start or have been using it for a while and want something to help with routine or adding new challenges.
very enjoying this app. inspires me to keep at it and stay motivated.

I purchased this app after I updated to iOS 7. It will not run.

I love all of the apps from Virtual Trainer! I wish they had a few more exercises, but its still a great tool for training my clients, and finding new ideas for exercises.

I have just purchased this app. I like that it has such a nice variety of activities! including some with dumbbells. I like being able to focus exercises by the muscle region. I would like to see if there are more exercise options for the upper back area.
This has everything I need to workout wholebody or targeted. Very informative, good demo videos, hasnt crashed. I can construct my own routine! Thank you!
